Terms of Service
Terms of Service for Over Coffee Life CoachingEffective Date: 01/07/2025Thank you for choosing Over Coffee Life Coaching for your life coaching needs. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, so please read them carefully. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms in full.1. Agreement of Service
By booking or participating in any of our life coaching sessions, programs, or services, you acknowledge and agree that:Life coaching is a partnership designed to facilitate personal and professional growth.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions, nor do we provide medical, legal, or financial advice. For such matters, please consult licensed professionals.
Results from our Services may vary, and success depends on your level of commitment, engagement, and follow-through.2. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during our sessions. However, there are certain exceptions where disclosure may be required by law:If we believe there is a risk of harm to you or others.
If required to comply with legal obligations or court orders.
If you disclose information about illegal activities.
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.3. Payment and Fees
Payment for all Services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement or under applicable law.
Any outstanding balances not paid by the due date may incur late fees and could result in suspension of Services.4. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation by Client:Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
Termination by Either Party:Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If you terminate Services, you are responsible for any fees due up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the Client’s behavior is harmful, disrespectful, or violates these Terms.5. Limitations on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:Over Coffee Life Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
You agree to release us from any liability related to the outcomes of coaching sessions.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in question.
This limitation of liability includes any third-party tools or platforms used to deliver the Services, such as video conferencing software.6. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:Actively participate and engage in the coaching process.
Be honest and open during sessions.
Fulfill any agreed-upon tasks or assignments between sessions.
Notify us promptly of any concerns or changes that may affect your ability to participate in Services.7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during our Services, including but not limited to worksheets, guides, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Over Coffee Life Coaching. You may use these materials for personal purposes only and may not distribute, reproduce, or modify them without our written consent.8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in the American Arbitration Association locations.9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to provide Services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or technical interruptions.10. Changes to Terms
